We are currently looking for a Contracts Administrator for the Ground Transport Consolidation Project (GTCP). 

What you'll do:

In this role you will play an integral part of the project team delivering for the Ground Transport Consolidation Project and responsible for the day to day contract management.

You are responsible for ensuring contracts are managed in a professional and complaint manner using standardised agreements and templates, and processes. You will proactively guide, support and manage the execution phase of the contracts and pre award activities for any consultancy contracts. You will ensure control and appropriate allocation of risk associated with post contract award administration, within defined objectives.

About you:

You'll hold an Engineering, Quantity Surveying, and/or Construction Management qualifications, with circa 5 -7 years relevant experience in a commercial and contract management role. Your experience is within project/construction industry. You have experience in claims management, and various contracting and procurement models.

You must be a team player, who is solution driven with a professional approach. You work proactively and collaboratively with others. You gain trust quickly and highly skilled in negotiating skilfully but are willing to flex when necessary.
