We are looking for a Payroll Officer to join our expanding team!

What you'll do:

A Payroll Officer position that sees you managing a fortnightly payroll for circa 375 employees with one third of employees on an EBA agreement, you'll be responsible for payroll processing, reporting and submission of Single Touch Payroll (STP) data, managing payroll queries and their resolution, and maintaining systems integrity, security and functionality.

About you:

You have in depth and recent experience with Chris21 (highly desirable) or similar enterprise payroll system, and consider yourself a subject matter expert on it! You also have advanced excel skills. You have end to end payroll experience with both salaried and waged employees. You are comfortable working with an Enterprise Agreement, Awards and relevant Legislation.

You are resilient, a team player, who works collaboratively with others for win/win outcomes. You are customer focussed, and able to see hidden issues before they become problems.
