What you'll do:
Our team are currently looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Program Administrator - Airport Central Precinct.
As a Program Administrator, you’ll be the engine behind program delivery coordinating schedules, meetings, and resources to keep everything running smoothly. You’ll handle a variety of admin tasks, from preparing reports and maintaining accurate records to managing correspondence and supporting project documentation.
Your day will involve collaborating with team members, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with organisational processes. You’ll use your tech skills to work across Microsoft Office and project management systems, while juggling multiple priorities with ease. You’ll also help track progress, flag issues, and contribute to continuous improvement.
About you:
- Hold a qualification in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Bring at least 3 years’ experience in administration or coordination, ideally within construction or aviation.
- Excel at managing multiple priorities; your organisational and multitasking skills are second to none.
- Communicate clearly and confidently, both in writing and verbally, with advanced Microsoft Office and project software skills.
- Have a solid understanding of document control and experience using Aconex or similar systems for project collaboration and reporting.
- Thrive under pressure, adapting quickly to shifting project needs and deadlines.
- Possess a sharp eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in all documentation, contracts, and records.
- Bring a proactive, solutions-focused mindset and enjoy working collaboratively to achieve great results.
