Business Transformation Specialist

Our team are currently looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Business Transformation Specialist.

What you'll do:

Reporting to the Business Insights and Transformation Manager, you will be part of a small dynamic team delivering tangible improvement & innovation through a varied program of work that support teams in delivering business transformation activities across Perth Airport. Our team is committed to optimising processes achieving sustainable growth and success. As a Business Transformation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving organisational excellence and facilitating transformative initiatives.

About you:

Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business and really understanding their needs is a key function of the Business Transformation team. Joining us, you will need to be naturally curious and a skilled collaborator and communicator, tactful but can hold the line, able to work comfortably in complex environments, with resilience and flexibility. You operate with a bias for action, and are energetic and proactive, finding solutions not just problems.

The ideal candidate will have a experience in:

• Driving innovation
• Stakeholder engagement & Change management
• Lean Process improvement
• Process automation
• Facilitating Design thinking workshops with diverse stakeholder groups
• Leading improvement projects from initiation to execution

This role will require a big picture thinking and attention to detail, with a focus on bringing people together to solve problems
