The HR Systems Administrator will work in a collaborative team and be responsible for administration of our Workday system as well as other HRIS applications. You will be accountable for the day to day management of Workday, work with internal stakeholders and the vendor to manage enhancements to the system and develop and deliver documentation and training.
You’ll have an eye for detail, data and know what great customer service looks like. You are an organised team player who works hard to maintain a high standard of work.
What will you be doing?

- Provide high level Workday administration support
- Partner extensively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure business requirements are documented, configured, tested and implemented
- Work as part of a wider HRIS team on projects to constantly improve process and systems.
What you will need to succeed:
To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills and experience could include:
- 2+ years’ experience in reporting / analyst roles in a HR environment
- Experience with Workday is strongly preferred
- Experience with Project Management / Business Analyst experience is advantageous
- Desire to support People systems such as Workday would be considered advantageous
- Strong analytical, reporting and data presentation skills.
- Strong data analysts’ skills to determine quality of data required & suggest enhancements.
