Perpetual is currently seeking a motivated Client Services Officer with experience in securitisation, strong customer service and multi-tasking skills to join our growing team.

The role of Client Services Officer is focused on providing end to end operational and compliance support and administration of payments within our securitisation team, while providing exceptional client service to our committed client base.

What will you be doing?

Sounds interesting? Here are some specifics about the opportunity:

  • To maintain effective operational client relationships
  • To operate within all policies and procedures relevant to the Client Services Team
  • Compliance with the risk framework relevant to the Business Unit.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of assigned Trusts
  • Execute all payment instructions within agreed timeframes and SLA's
  • Develop and maintain effective operational client relationships for assigned clients / trusts
  • Use of all internal control checklists, invoicing and billing

 What you will need to succeed:

 To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills and experience could include:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Financial Services industry in an administration or operational role
  • Securitisation experience and knowledge highly desirable
  • Strong operational skills desirable
  • Strong communication skills
  • Agile and the ability to deal with high volumes in a fast paced environment
  • Effectively build and maintain trust and rapport with internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrate a drive for technical knowledge. Demonstrate a passion and pride in delivering successful outcomes.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Intermediate experience in Microsoft Suite in particular Microsoft Word and Excel.
