HSEQ Administrator

We're seeking an organised and detail-orientated HSEQ Administrator to join our team. This role is key to supporting our Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) function, while also contributing to our digital transformation efforts.

As the HSEQ Administrator, you’ll be responsible for maintaining HSEQ systems and documentation, coordinating compliance activities, and supporting both internal teams and external stakeholders.

What you'll be doing:

• Maintain HSEQ registers, documents, and controlled records
• Upload and manage WHS and operational data across systems and dashboards
• Support compliance reporting and management briefings
• Coordinate audits, safety meetings, and action tracking
• Distribute internal safety communications, such as alerts and notices
• Provide administrative support for incident investigations and toolbox talks
• Maintain relevant systems ensuring compliance and accurate records management
• Support the digital transformation initiatives and streamlining processes

What you'll bring:

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Good written and verbal communication
• Experience with Microsoft Office and SharePoint
• Ability to work independently
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Experience with Procore or similar systems (desirable)
