About you

We are seeking for a highly competent and committed Project Manager with a proven track record of efficiently managing the overall safe delivery of small to medium sized structural projects.

You are a collaborative and team driven project leader in safety through planning and implementation and have strong accountability for a HSEQ culture. Using your effective communication and organisational skills, you will lead your team to successfully deliver high-calibre projects within time and budget constraints. As a project leader, your experience will demonstrate that you are comfortable with facilitating program review meetings, professional negotiations with all stakeholders and clients, and effectively oversee project teams to deliver as per the design methodology and project specifications.

What you Need

• Good energy and positive attitude, with a focus on solutions and problem solving
• Initiative and ability to work collaboratively
• High level of organisation
• 5+ years’ experience in Structural, Civil Projects
• 3+ years in a similar project delivery role
• Able to commit to project duration
• Knowledge of Australian WHS requirements and processes
• Knowledge of SEQ Codes
• Strong attention to planning and programming the works
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment, energy, drive
• Proven track record of working to strict deadlines
