About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to join our team in our Stapylton office. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tenders, managing supplier and subcontractor quotes, and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. You will play a key role in securing projects and supporting our business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review tender documents and client expectations
  • Identify risks, opportunities, and commercial considerations
  • Develop construction programs, methodologies, and non-price documents
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and final submission schedules
  • Manage RFQ packages and subcontractor validations
  • Attend site visits and tender briefings
  • Coordinate tender review meetings and ensure deadlines are met
  • Maintain accurate documentation and CRM data

About You

  • 2–5 years’ experience in a similar Estimator role in the industrial or water industries.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple bids
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
  • Construction Induction (White Card)
