You will collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders and lay the foundation for Pensar’s future project delivery throughout NSW, ACT and Tasmania.

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Submissions Lead to join our high-performing team. The Submissions Lead is responsible for leading the end-to-end development of high-quality, client-focused tender submissions.

What you'll be doing:

• Create comprehensive and strategic tender submissions in line with the required information, strategic objectives and Pensar's brand.
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with key stakeholders across Pensar’s multi disciplined teams including senior leaders to deliver timely and high-quality submissions.
• Ensure that all tenders comply with company policies and industry regulations.
• Work closely with subject matter technical experts to create accurate and impactful content.

• Strong organisation skills and work to strict deadlines with an ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent written communication skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously, while building strong working relationships with stakeholders.
