Site Engineer - FIFO

What you'll be doing:

• Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and safety protocols.
• Manage subcontractors, coordinate with project stakeholders, and identify and resolve challenges proactively.
• Monitor quality control, track progress, and report on project status.
• Foster a safe and collaborative work environment on-site.

What you'll bring:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Engineer in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• The ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
• A commitment to safety and a proactive approach to risk management.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel for FIFO rosters.
