PDG is seeking a proactive Sales & Customer Experience Administrator to support our customer journey as we prepare to launch an exceptional new Southbank development—set to raise the bar for design, lifestyle and buyer experience.

This is a great opportunity to join an established property business and play a key role in upcoming development activity. You’ll help ensure the sales process runs smoothly while building your capability and growing your career within a supportive, high-performing team.

About the role

You will support the sales administration process and customer experience across PDG’s projects, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain accuracy, organisation and a high standard of service.

This role suits someone who enjoys variety, can manage multiple priorities, and takes pride in delivering excellence behind the scenes.

Key responsibilities:

  • Act as a key contact for purchasers and agents across the sales and settlement lifecycle
  • Manage day-to-day sales administration and customer support
  • Maintain accurate records across CRM systems and databases
  • Prepare reports, correspondence and general documentation
  • Support contract administration and stakeholder communication
  • Monitor timelines and key administrative milestones
  • Assist with settlements, variations and post-settlement handovers

About you

  • Experience in sales administration, contracts administration or similar

  • Clear and professional communication
  • Proactive, solutions-focused approach
  • Confidence working with multiple stakeholders
  • Real Estate/Property industry experience

Why join us

Join a respected Melbourne property business and be part of a high-calibre team delivering a landmark development. You’ll have the opportunity to grow your skills and progress your career within the business.

Based at our head office at 501 Swanston Street, you’ll also have access to on-site facilities including a café and gym.

Please note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. A Police Check is required at the candidate’s cost. Applicants must have full working rights in Australia.
