Customer Relations Executive
Southbank | Luxury Property Development
We are a Melbourne-based property developer preparing to launch an exceptional new development in Southbank—one that will set a new benchmark for design, lifestyle and buyer experience.
This is a role where presentation, judgement and communication matter. We’re looking for an experienced, polished customer relations professional with a real estate background who can build rapport quickly, communicate with confidence, and deliver a highly considered service experience from first enquiry through to settlement and beyond.
About the role
You will be the first and most consistent point of contact for prospective and confirmed purchasers, guiding them through the buying journey with confidence and care. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors to ensure every interaction reflects the quality, sophistication and attention to detail of the development.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a primary contact for purchasers and agents throughout the sales and settlement lifecycle
- Confidently communicating with clients in a professional, measured and reassuring manner
- Reviewing and understanding contracts of sale and associated documentation, and responding appropriately to purchaser queries (in collaboration with legal and sales teams)
- Coordinating documentation, correspondence and key milestones related to sales and settlements
- Maintaining accurate records and managing confidential information with discretion
- Supporting the sales team with a strong focus on service, presentation and client experience
About you
This role will suit someone who is polished, articulate and naturally comfortable engaging with senior professionals and luxury buyers. You will have the confidence to hold your own in conversations with lawyers, agents and sophisticated purchasers, and the judgement to know when to escalate or seek clarification.
You will bring:
- Previous experience in real estate, property development or a similar related environment
- A strong understanding of contracts of sale and the ability to read and interpret contractual documentation
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- A calm, professional presence and strong emotional intelligence
- High attention to detail and an appreciation for quality and presentation
- Maturity, discretion and sound judgement
Why join us
You will be part of a closely knit, high-calibre team delivering a landmark development. This is a rare opportunity to work on a truly distinctive project and to play a key role in shaping an elevated purchaser experience from first enquiry through to settlement. The role is based within a premium work environment, with access to an on-site café and gym, and the opportunity to be part of a collaborative, professional team committed to quality and excellence.
Please note that due to the expected volume of applications, only candidates who are shortlisted will be contacted.
