The Opportunity
We’re seeking a proactive and personable Customer Relations Coordinator to be the key point of contact for our clients. In this role, you’ll build strong relationships, guide clients from pre-settlement through post-settlement, and support broader customer engagement initiatives.
What you’ll do
- Nurture relationships across PDG and Melcorp Real Estate client databases with timely, personalised communications.
- Call and prospect clients to book appointments, share updates, and support decision-making.
- Collaborate with our Marketing team to ensure EDM campaigns are delivered smoothly and effectively.
- Assist sales staff and channel agents with appointment management and coordination.
- Liaise with local, interstate, and international sales agents and lawyers regarding contract-of-sale documentation.
- Manage the customer relations inbox and respond promptly to enquiries.
- Guide clients through pre-settlement steps and documentation.
- Support a seamless settlement handover process.
- Coordinate defect reporting, warranty support, and represent the company warmly at the display during post-settlement.
What you’ll bring
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a warm, professional presence.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities.
- Clear written and verbal communication; confident phone manner.
- Experience in customer relations within real estate or contracts.
- CRM proficiency and comfort with Microsoft Office; EDM experience a plus.
- Positive, approachable, and solution-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
