The Opportunity

We’re seeking a proactive and personable Customer Relations Coordinator to be the key point of contact for our clients. In this role, you’ll build strong relationships, guide clients from pre-settlement through post-settlement, and support broader customer engagement initiatives.

What you’ll do

  • Nurture relationships across PDG and Melcorp Real Estate client databases with timely, personalised communications.
  • Call and prospect clients to book appointments, share updates, and support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with our Marketing team to ensure EDM campaigns are delivered smoothly and effectively.
  • Assist sales staff and channel agents with appointment management and coordination.
  • Liaise with local, interstate, and international sales agents and lawyers regarding contract-of-sale documentation.
  • Manage the customer relations inbox and respond promptly to enquiries.
  • Guide clients through pre-settlement steps and documentation.
  • Support a seamless settlement handover process.
  • Coordinate defect reporting, warranty support, and represent the company warmly at the display during post-settlement.

What you’ll bring

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a warm, professional presence.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Clear written and verbal communication; confident phone manner.
  • Experience in customer relations within real estate or contracts.
  • CRM proficiency and comfort with Microsoft Office; EDM experience a plus.
  • Positive, approachable, and solution-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
