As a core function of this support is our highly motivated HR team comprising of the Partnering & Advisory team, Payroll, Talent, Organisational Development, Systems and Data Reporting.
You will be part of the Partnership & Advisory team that is responsible for the provision of pragmatic HR advice and support to its customers and champions an “One Team” approach. Mō te tūranga | About the Role:
Our HR Business Partner role is structured to allow you to truly build strategic relationships with your customers. During the 6 months you will be a key influencer in supporting cultural change aligned with the strategic objectives of a large customer. This is a key role in our HR team, where you’ll contribute to a high-performing team culture and embed excellence in our partnering and advisory service model.

We’re not really fussed if you come from the public or private sector (our team are a mix); we’re motivated to hear from great HR people with a track record in providing pragmatic advice and have a shared passion for providing an exceptional customer experience. We would love to hear from you if you have:
- Significant experience in human resources at a senior level, with strategic solutions and leadership coaching expertise.
- Generalist knowledge in areas such as employee and industrial relations, performance management, remuneration, and benefits.
- Proven success in influencing at a senior level with exceptional people and relationship management skills.
- Strong planning, coordination, and time-management abilities, with a focus on strategic priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
- Self-motivated with a growth mindset, curiosity, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Please note: This is a full-time fixed term role with the salary range for this position $110k - $140k per annum (pro rata) depending on the candidate's experience and expertise.
