Mō te tūnga | About the role:
As a Customer Service Support team member, you will provide high-quality service to parliamentary staff, visitors, and the wider public. Your key responsibilities include:
- Customer Service: Be the first point of contact for internal and external calls to Parliament, facilitate visitor access to the parliamentary precinct, assist with visitor queries, and ensure efficient interactions.
- Administrative Support: Handle general enquiries, escalate issues, and maintain accurate visitor and contact records. You’ll be a whiz around MS Suite, including Office & Teams, and be a quick learner with our internal systems.
- Collaboration: Work effectively with various teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
