Some key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing responsive HR advice and support across various HR functions, including HR advisory, recruitment, payroll, learning and development, and organisational development.
  • Coordinating on-boarding for new starters and offboarding for departing employees.

Your learning agility and effective planning and time management skills, with the ability to manage several priorities and competing demands (over multiple channels and systems), while consistently meeting deadlines, will absolutely get you off to a great start.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • A sound knowledge of HR administration systems and procedures, with an understanding of different collective and individual employment agreements would be advantageous.
  • A passion for human resources and a desire for continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and MS Teams, with experience service ticketing systems a plus.
  • A strong customer service focus with exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
