- Welcoming and engaging visitors with warmth and professionalism.
- Delivering guided tours and informal interactions that connect people with the mahi of Parliament.
- Supporting retail and customer service operations.
- Ensuring a safe and accessible environment for all.
- Contributing ideas and energy to new initiatives and improvements.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
