• Welcoming and engaging visitors with warmth and professionalism.
• Delivering guided tours and informal interactions that connect people with the mahi of Parliament.
• Supporting retail and customer service operations.
• Ensuring a safe and accessible environment for all.
• Contributing ideas and energy to new initiatives and improvements.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in public speaking and storytelling.
• A collaborative spirit and ability to work well in a team.

• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
