The Role

We are currently seeking a qualified Enrolled Nurse (EN) to join our team as a Program Facilitator/ Enrolled Nurse, supporting afternoon, night, and weekend shifts. This role is ideal for a nurse who thrives in a supportive, recovery-oriented setting, and who is passionate about delivering both clinical care and group facilitation in a therapeutic environment.

As a Program Facilitator with EN qualifications, you will be an integral part of the therapeutic team, providing clinical support alongside emotional and educational guidance to clients participating in our residential program.

This is a casual with potential to turn into a part-time position, with shift options across afternoons, overnights, and weekends.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide clinical care and monitor the wellbeing of clients, in line with your scope of practice as a Medication Endorsed Enrolled Nurse
  • Administer medications and follow clinical procedures in accordance with AHPRA standards
  • Deliver psychoeducation modules and group facilitation using mindfulness-based and recovery-oriented frameworks
  • Support clients in distress using de-escalation, grounding, and trauma-informed approaches
  • Participate in risk assessments and support behaviour management strategies
  • Maintain clear and professional clinical documentation and client records
  • Support housekeeping, documentation and handovers during overnight shifts
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team, including therapists, nurses, and guest services staff
  • Assist in client transition points including admission and discharge processes
  • Accompany clients on therapeutic outings, where appropriate

What You’ll Bring

  • Diploma of Nursing and current registration with AHPRA as a Medication Endorsed Enrolled Nurse
  • Minimum 2 years’ clinical experience, ideally with exposure to mental health, addiction, or residential care
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Confidence in managing clients with complex mental health presentations
  • Calm, compassionate presence with strong emotional regulation and de-escalation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously overnight and maintain structured, therapeutic environments
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current Police Check
  • Willingness to undertake site-specific training and certifications provided by Palladium Private
