The Role

You’ll play a vital role in managing the daily flow of services and act as a central point of communication between teams, ensuring our program runs with calm precision.

  • Working with Children Blue Card
  • C-Class Driver’s License (and willingness to drive company vehicles)

The Day-to-Day

The Program Coordinator will hold responsibility for the following tasks, which form the core of this position:

  • Coordinating all aspects of client schedules across medical, therapeutic, and recreational appointments
  • Managing staff rosters and shift coverage in collaboration with clinical leaders
  • Acting as the key liaison between intake, clinical, and operational teams
  • Supporting the leadership team with reporting, compliance, and administrative tasks
  • Coordinating logistics for arrivals, discharges, and unplanned departures
  • Organising orientation and feedback experiences for clients
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring documentation aligns with accreditation standards

What We Offer

  • A supportive and purpose-driven team environment
  • The opportunity to work in a beautiful, peaceful setting
  • A varied and dynamic role where no two days are the same
  • The chance to directly contribute to life-changing outcomes for our clients
  • Ongoing professional development and training opportunities

How to Apply

To apply, please submit your up-to-date resume and a cover letter (no more than 1 page in length) telling us about your interest in the role and why we might be a fit for you.
