We have an exciting opportunity for a confident and proactive Executive Assistant to join our team in a permanent role, based at our North Sydney Head Office.

This role will support four dynamic members of our C-suite including the CEO and manage one direct report, contributing to the smooth running of our executive operations.

What you’ll do:

• Manage calendars and inboxes, coordinate meetings, travel and approvals
• Keep projects and priorities on track
• Coordinate with our company Secretary for all Board related matters
• Handle expenses, POs, and admin with precision

What you bring:

• Extensive experience supporting senior execs
• Precision with diary management, travel, expenses etc
• Organised, discreet, and a great communicator
• Confidence with Microsoft Office (bonus: PeopleSoft, DocuSign, SAP Concur)
