Every day we transport millions of tonnes of critical freight around the country for our customers.

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Labour Planner to join our Bulk Operations team in North Sydney, supporting safe and efficient service delivery through effective labour planning and rostering.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and finalise labour and train crew allocation to meet operational requirements
• Develop and maintain rosters in line with Enterprise Agreement conditions
• Work closely with operations to align crew availability with service needs
• Manage variations and changes to plan and support recovery to schedule
• Support the deployment of new and existing services
• Maintain accurate data across multiple systems to ensure data integrity

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in labour planning, rostering, scheduling or service delivery
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confidence working across multiple computer systems
• Clear communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience in rail, transport or heavy industry (advantageous but not essential)
• Understanding of safety, compliance and operational risk management
