Casual Labour Planner – North Sydney

Monday to Friday Day Shift | Training Provided

Every day we move millions of tonnes of critical freight across the country. We’re now looking for a hands-on, safety-focused Casual Labour Planner to join our Intermodal team. This team plays a key role in making sure our crews and labour are scheduled efficiently to keep operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and roster train crews and labour to meet operational needs
• Make day-of changes and variations to keep the schedule on track
• Coordinate with operations teams to solve scheduling challenges
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service delivery
• Support new and existing service rollouts

What You’ll Bring

• Strong attention to detail and a “can-do” attitude
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage competing priorities
• Great communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn Enterprise Agreements and rostering systems
• Rail, transport, or heavy industry experience is a bonus – not essential
