An opportunity has presented itself for a Terminal Operator to join our team at the Melbourne Freight Terminal.

What You’ll Do

• Operating Reach Stackers, Gantry Cranes, forklifts, and other terminal equipment
• Loading and unloading containerised rail freight and trucks
• Working safely and efficiently in a busy 24/7 terminal environment
• Following all safety, operational, and compliance procedures
• Working closely with team members and supervisors to meet service and productivity targets

What You’ll Bring

• C Class Driver’s Licence (essential)
• High Risk Forklift Licence (LF) (essential)
• Reach Stacker and/or Gantry Crane ticket (highly desirable)
• Experience in a container terminal, rail yard, port, or heavy industrial environment
• A strong safety focus and commitment to safe work practices
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative, team‑first approach
• Flexibility to work a rotating day and night roster
