About the Role

An outstanding opportunity has presented itself for a detail-orientated Board Coordinator and Paralegal to join our Chief Legal Officer Portfolio. This is a key role that will see you working closely with the secretariat and legal teams to enhance efficiency, improve processes, and support corporate governance.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting Board and Committee meeting processes, including paper preparation and meeting support
  • Maintaining statutory registers and corporate governance documentation
  • Supporting legal training, document management, claims, and litigation matters
  • Leading or supporting continuous improvement initiatives and systems across Legal and Secretariat functions

About You

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal that will thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion. You will be collaborative, adaptable, and have a passion for supporting legal and governance excellence.

In addition, to be successful in this role you will have:

  • At least 4 years' legal experience in a similar role, recognising that this could be focused on Corporate Governance or Paralegal support
  • Exposure to and / or interest in secretariat and corporate governance tasks
  • Qualifications in Law, Paralegal Services or Corporate Governance (or equivalent)
  • Excellent communication, document management and organisational skills
  • Experience using legal tools, workflow systems, and Microsoft 365 platforms
