Pacific National (PN) is the largest provider of diversified rail freight services in Australia. We haul a variety of freight including coal, intermodal containers, steel, and a range of bulk commodities. We operate nationally with approximately 3,500 staff in over 90+ sites across Australia
About you
You're driven by safety, teamwork, and the opportunity to make a real impact in Australia’s logistics network. Your key responsibilities include:
- Preparing locomotives for service by inspecting control systems and verifying compliance documentation
- Operating and maintaining trains in accordance with company procedures and safety standards
- Actively contributing to the achievement of safety goals and continuous improvement initiatives
To succeed, you’ll need:
- A Certificate IV in Train Driving
- Relevant industry experience
- A strong commitment to safety and teamwork
- The ability to thrive in a collaborative environment at our Gunnedah or Narrabri locations
