We’re seeking a Customer Service Officer to support our Intermodal Customer Service Centre, working closely with customers and operational teams across a national network.

What You’ll Do

Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, you will:

  • Manage freight bookings and customer enquiries.
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure safe and efficient service delivery.
  • Work shift work
  • Maintain accurate system records and documentation.
  • Resolve issues quickly while delivering great customer outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to support service performance.

What You’ll Bring

  • Customer service experience with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Able to work varying shifts.
  • Attention to detail and problem‑solving capability.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and operational systems.
  • Flexibility to work a 24/7 roster, including weekends.
  • Logistics or rail experience (desirable).
