We’re seeking a Customer Service Officer to support our Intermodal Customer Service Centre, working closely with customers and operational teams across a national network.
What You’ll Do
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, you will:
- Manage freight bookings and customer enquiries.
- Coordinate with operations to ensure safe and efficient service delivery.
- Work shift work
- Maintain accurate system records and documentation.
- Resolve issues quickly while delivering great customer outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to support service performance.
What You’ll Bring
- Customer service experience with strong communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Able to work varying shifts.
- Attention to detail and problem‑solving capability.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and operational systems.
- Flexibility to work a 24/7 roster, including weekends.
- Logistics or rail experience (desirable).
