We’re now on the lookout for a safety-focused, hands-on Terminal Operator / Reach Stacker Operator to join our team at the Melbourne Freight Terminal. This is your chance to be part of a high-performing, inclusive team that plays a critical role in keeping freight moving across the country.

What You’ll Do

• Operate 16T forklift
• Conduct Administrative tasks & data entry requirements.
• Opportunity to progress to operating Reach Stackers and other terminal equipment to load/unload containerised rail freight and trucks
• Work in a 24/7 rail yard environment on a rotating shift roster
• Ensure safe, efficient, and productive operations at all times
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet operational targets

What You’ll Bring

• C Class Driver’s Licence (essential)
• High Risk Forklift Licence (LF)
• Experience operating Reach Stackers or working in a terminal/warehouse environment (advantageous)
• Strong safety mindset and commitment to safe work practices
• Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude
• A proactive approach and willingness to learn
