We haul a variety of freight including coal, intermodal containers, steel, and a range of bulk commodities and materials. 

About the Role

An opportunity has presented itself for a detail-driven Property Administrator to support the Property team with lease documentation, compliance, and administration. This role plays a key role in ensuring our leases, property records, and obligations are managed smoothly and efficiently.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately entering and maintaining lease details in our property database
  • Monitoring critical dates such as lease expiries and rent reviews
  • Coordinating the execution of lease documents and managing submissions
  • Preparing correspondence for rent increases and renewal options
  • Managing insurance, rates & taxes, and bank guarantee registers
  • Supporting audits, title searches, and property filing systems
  • Processing property-related invoices and supporting broader property projects

About You

To be successful in this role you will have experience within a property or lease administrative environment, you will be organised, adaptable, and capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision.

In addition, the successful candidate will have:

  • 2–3 years’ experience in an administrative role with complex tasks
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to interpret leases and contracts
  • Excellent communication and computer skills (Excel, Word, databases)
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing workloads and priorities
