About the Role

An exciting opportunity has become available for a seasoned commercial leader to join our Intermodal team as Head of Revenue Management. Based in our North Sydney head office, this is a pivotal leadership opportunity within our Intermodal business unit.

In this high-impact leadership role, you will guide revenue performance across a national business portfolio, shaping strategy and driving commercial alignment across multiple streams. You will oversee frameworks that support informed decision-making and performance tracking across key commercial levers.

Reporting to the Group Executive – Intermodal, you will work closely with teams across Sales, Strategy, Finance, Planning and Operations to lead a connected, insight-driven approach to revenue management. Your work will influence the way we approach product, pricing, and market opportunities, ensuring decisions are data-led and commercially sound.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the development and delivery of commercially aligned revenue strategies
  • Overseeing product positioning and market competitiveness across key segments
  • Applying insights and data to support pricing decisions and revenue optimisation
  • Enhancing forecasting, reporting, and performance visibility for executive stakeholders
  • Driving governance and commercial alignment across key internal teams
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to deliver connected commercial and operational outcomes

About You

To be successful in this role, you will be a strategic thinker with a sharp commercial mind and strong analytical capability. Your ability to influence, collaborate and lead performance through data-informed decision-making will be key to your success.

In addition, to be successful in this role you will have:

  • 8+ years’ experience in revenue management, pricing, or commercial leadership
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex commercial frameworks and performance levers
  • Advanced analytical skills and experience with data tools to support commercial decisions
  • Strong leadership experience with the ability to work cross-functionally at senior levels
  • A degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related field (MBA or postgrad highly regarded)
