An opportunity has presented itself for a Supervisor Terminal Planning to join our team in the Sydney Freight Terminal.
What You’ll Do
Support the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of a rail terminal through planning, coordination, and contractor management.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will:
- Manage contractor onboarding, compliance and performance
- Coordinate maintenance of terminal assets and infrastructure
- Monitor environmental, safety and compliance requirements
- Support emergency, security, and site risk management processes
- Coordinate D&A testing and health and safety programs
- Provide day-to-day operational oversight to maintain continuity and minimise disruption
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in operations, logistics, rail or heavy industry
- Proven contractor and stakeholder management capability
- Strong safety, compliance and risk management focus
- Ability to coordinate competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Exposure to rail operations, RIW or infrastructure maintenance is highly regarded.
