An opportunity has presented itself for a Supervisor Terminal Planning to join our team in the Sydney Freight Terminal.

What You’ll Do

Support the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of a rail terminal through planning, coordination, and contractor management.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will:

  • Manage contractor onboarding, compliance and performance
  • Coordinate maintenance of terminal assets and infrastructure
  • Monitor environmental, safety and compliance requirements
  • Support emergency, security, and site risk management processes
  • Coordinate D&A testing and health and safety programs
  • Provide day-to-day operational oversight to maintain continuity and minimise disruption

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in operations, logistics, rail or heavy industry
  • Proven contractor and stakeholder management capability
  • Strong safety, compliance and risk management focus
  • Ability to coordinate competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Exposure to rail operations, RIW or infrastructure maintenance is highly regarded.
