We are seeking a safety‑focused Terminal Operator / Heavy Forklift Operator (20T) to join our Melbourne Freight Terminal team in a supportive, values‑driven environment.

What You’ll Do

• Operate a 20T forklift (training provided for the right candidate)
• Complete administrative tasks and data entry
• Work in a 24/7 rail yard environment on a day‑shift‑only roster
• Ensure safe, efficient, and productive terminal operations
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet operational goals

What You’ll Bring

• C Class Driver’s Licence (essential)
• High Risk Forklift Licence (LF) or willingness to obtain
• Previous heavy forklift or terminal experience is not essential
• A strong safety mindset and commitment to safe work practices
• Clear communication skills and a team‑first approach
• A positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
