About the role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and selecting suitable influencers for gifting and UGC opportunities.
- Managing communication with influencers and responding to enquiries.
- Coordinating influencer visits, appointments and gifting arrangements.
- Monitoring influencer content to ensure agreed posts and deliverables are completed.
- Following up with influencers regarding outstanding content, responses or deliverables.
- Researching and maintaining influencer contact and PR delivery details for product gifting.
- Supporting the coordination of influencer and UGC campaigns as required.
About you
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
- A diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Management, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Experience in influencer marketing, social media, PR or a similar role would be advantageous.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A good understanding of social media platforms and influencer/UGC content.
- Ability to manage multiple influencer communications, appointments and deliverables at the same time.
- A proactive approach and ability to work independently.
