About the role

The core responsibilities include:

  • Handling Accounts Payable and Invoice reconciliation.
  • Maintaining supplier details and verifying changes to supplier accounts before processing.
  • Posting month end journals and assisting on Month end Accounts submission.
  • Posting bank entries and preparation of Bank Reconciliations.
  • Managing reimbursement expenses and posting on a timely basis.
  • Balance sheet items reconciliation on Monthly basis.
  • Assisting with any ad-hoc requests from management.

About the person

To succeed in this role you will require:

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Accounting or Finance Management from an accredited university.
  • Partial qualifications in ICASL, CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or financial management.
  • Experience with ERP systems, especially Oracle, is a plus.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
  • Can handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in financial software and familiar with the latest industry tools.
  • Effective communication skills and a problem-solving attitude.
  • Participation in relevant professional development activities is a plus.
