About the role
- Project Coordination: Lead the coordination, tracking, and reporting of progress across various IT, System, and Marketing projects, working closely with both our internal team and external agencies. Your expertise will ensure that projects are delivered on time and meet our high standards.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality of marketing materials and ensure our website or webpages meet specific rules, standards, and requirements. Your keen eye for detail will uphold the integrity of our brand and the compliance program, ensuring all specifications are meticulously followed.
- Testing and Feedback: Conduct thorough front-end testing for new webpages, feature releases, and other website updates. Your proactive approach to identifying errors and bugs will contribute to the seamless functionality of our digital platforms.
- Communication and Reporting: Serve as the main point of contact for reporting issues to our development team. Your ability to communicate effectively across various mediums will ensure swift resolutions, enhancing our digital offerings.

- Tertiary qualifications in IT or related areas.
- Strong English oral and written communication skills are a must.
