About the role
This role supports Oscar Wylee, a global eyewear retailer and healthcare service provider with 140 stores across Australia, New Zealand and Canada and reports into management based in Sydney, Australia.
The core responsibilities include
- Managing day-to-day facilities operations, including maintenance, repairs, and service requests from retail stores.
- Coordinating with Centre managements, external vendors and contractors for facility-related projects.
- Monitoring and managing office supplies, furniture, and equipment inventory.
- Providing weekly reports and updates to the management team on project progress and status.
About the person
To succeed in this role you will require:
- Bachelor (or higher) degree in Business, Construction, Engineering or similar.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong Google Suite or Office 365 experience, particularly Google Sheets and Excel; strong computer skills.
- Experience in a similar role within retail, hospitality or tourism industries.
