About the role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Accurately process invoices, purchase orders, and employee expense reports
- Match invoices with supporting documentation and verify accuracy and completeness
- Review and reconcile vendor statements, ensuring all outstanding balances are correctly recorded
- Review and process employee expense reimbursements, ensuring compliance with company travel and expense policy.
- Prepare and process payments, including cheques, electronic transfers, and wire payments
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues with vendors related to invoices and payments
About you
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
- A Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Accounting or a related field
- Part qualification in CA, ACCA, or CIMA, or full qualification in AAT
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel, along with strong overall computer literacy
- Experience with Microsoft Business Central is an advantage, but not essential
