About the role
You responsibilities will include:
- IT Troubleshooting & Support: Provide timely resolution of technical issues across hardware, software, and networks, including out-of-hours support.
- Ticket Management: Log, track, and resolve support requests via Jira, ensuring clear communication and documentation throughout.
- Collaboration & Problem-Solving: Work with internal teams to diagnose and resolve IT challenges, escalating where necessary.
- Quality & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of incidents, resolutions, and standard operating procedures.
- Employee Lifecycle Support: Deliver IT support for onboarding and offboarding, ensuring smooth transitions for staff.
- E-commerce Maintenance: Support day-to-day operations of online platforms (Magento, Shopify), including product updates and basic site maintenance.
- Project Work: Contribute to IT and business improvement projects from time to time, working alongside other teams to implement solutions.
About you
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
- At least 1–2 years’ experience in an L1 IT support role or similar.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a customer-focused and proactive approach.
- Familiarity with Jira or other ticketing systems.
- Interest in e-commerce platforms and willingness to assist with updates and site support.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- A collaborative mindset, with clear communication skills and a willingness to support after-hours if required.
