About the role
We are seeking an experienced recruiter to primarily support our Australian and Canadian-based shops fill a range of vacancies including sales and clinical (Optometrist) roles.
- Manage end to end recruitment including job posting, candidate sourcing including headhunting, screening, selection, arranging interviews and preparing offers.
- Support development of talent pipeline and talent pool through strategic networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationship with key stakeholders including shop managers and the retail management team.
About you
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in high volume full-cycle recruitment.
- Degree in business, commerce or similar discipline.
- Strong English spoken and written skills.
- Ability to proactively work both autonomously and collaboratively.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Effective influencing and negotiation skills
