About the role

As an Operations Manager reporting to Executive Management, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our operational excellence and contributing to our sustained growth. You will lead initiatives to streamline processes, ensure service delivery excellence, and enhance customer satisfaction, driving our success in the competitive BPM landscape.

The core responsibilities include:

  • Operational Efficiency: Oversee daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Quality Control: Monitor service delivery to maintain high quality standards, addressing any issues promptly.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • Client Relations: Serve as a key point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring client satisfaction with our services.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve operational problems, implementing changes to prevent future issues.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Commerce, IT, or a related field, underpinning your operational management capabilities.
  • Prior experience in an operational role, preferably within a BPM environment, with a proven track record of maintaining and improving operational processes.
  • Strong ability to analyze data, generate reports, and use insights to make operational improvements.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective team and client interaction, ensuring smooth operational flow.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and solving operational challenges, enhancing efficiency and service quality.
