About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team in a role that blends reporting, analytics, financial coordination, and operational support across multiple markets. You will work closely with stakeholders from various functions to ensure data accuracy, operational efficiency, and insightful reporting.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing and maintaining multi-market store performance reports, dashboards, and tracking tools.
- Analysing talent acquisition incentives and store performance metrics.
- Uploading, validating, and reconciling budget and financial data across systems, including Magento.
- Assisting with budget planning materials, reports, and supporting documentation.
- Managing optometry leave, cover, locum reporting, and related documentation.
- Updating EDMs, optometry base models, and other operational resources.
- Handling travel requests, timesheets, internal communications, and contract management.
- Supporting special projects and cross-functional initiatives as required.
This is a diverse role that will suit someone who enjoys variety, thrives on accuracy, and can work effectively with both routine processes and ad-hoc project demands.
About the person
Candidates will require the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or related field, with 2+ years in shared services, operations, or analytics.
- Proficient in Excel, data visualisation tools, and experienced with systems.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring high data accuracy and quality.
- Skilled at managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and communicating clearly.
- Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working with international stakeholders across time zones.
