About the role

This role supports Oscar Wylee's Director of Finance in ensuring the company adheres to regulatory requirements and maintains high standards of corporate governance.

The core responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintaining statutory books, including registers of members, directors, and secretaries.
  • Lodging required forms and annual returns with appropriate authorities.
  • Advising management on corporate governance matters.
  • Monitoring changes in relevant legislation and regulatory environments.
  • Assisting with property leasing activities, renewals and exits.
  • Review commercial contracts.

About you:

To succeed in this role you will require:

  • A degree in law, finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • Professional qualifications such as ICCSSL or foreign equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a Legal Officer or in a similar role, preferably within multinational firms.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate governance and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent organisational, English communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
