About the role
This role supports Oscar Wylee's Director of Finance in ensuring the company adheres to regulatory requirements and maintains high standards of corporate governance.
The core responsibilities include:
- Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Maintaining statutory books, including registers of members, directors, and secretaries.
- Lodging required forms and annual returns with appropriate authorities.
- Advising management on corporate governance matters.
- Monitoring changes in relevant legislation and regulatory environments.
- Assisting with property leasing activities, renewals and exits.
- Review commercial contracts.
About you:
To succeed in this role you will require:
- A degree in law, finance, business administration, or a related field.
- Professional qualifications such as ICCSSL or foreign equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Legal Officer or in a similar role, preferably within multinational firms.
- Strong knowledge of corporate governance and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent organisational, English communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
