At Oscar Wylee, we’re looking for an energetic and people-focused Store Manager to lead our Burwood store. No optical experience? No problem. Some of our best leaders joined us from outside the industry - we’ll teach you everything you need to know about eyewear and optical retail.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Oversee day-to-day store operations, compliance, and performance standards
  • Support your team to achieve results through coaching and exceptional customer service
  • Lead by example on the shop floor with hands-on sales and customer support
  • Manage rosters, labour efficiency, and store performance
  • Partner closely with Optometrists to deliver an exceptional patient experience
  • Create a positive team culture where people feel motivated and supported

About You

  • Previous leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service
  • Experience coaching, motivating, or supporting a team
  • Strong customer focus and confidence building genuine connections
  • A proactive attitude and ability to bring positive energy to a fast-paced environment
  • Experience contributing to rosters, labour planning, or store operations is a bonus
  • A desire to continue growing your leadership career
