Assistant Store Manager - Warringah Mall

At Oscar Wylee, we’re looking for an energetic and people-focused Assistant Store Manager to help lead our Warringah Mall store. You’ll partner closely with the Store Manager to drive store success, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and create a positive team culture where people love coming to work. When the Store Manager is away, you’ll confidently step into a leadership role and keep the store running at its best.

About You: 

• At least 3 years’ experience in a customer-facing sales role, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• A natural team player who enjoys supporting and coaching others on the shop floor.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
• Confidence in building genuine connections with customers and creating beneficial in-store interactions.
• Has a positive, proactive attitude with the ability to bring great energy to the team and thrive in a collaborative, supportive environment
