About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Officer to join the Oscar Wylee Team. Work within a small dynamic team and be responsible for the provision of timely and efficient IT support services to the business and our variety of stores.

This role will give you the opportunity to take part in new and ongoing IT Projects.

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide IT support service to the head office and a range of our stores
• Install, configure and manage hardware, software, systems, phone, network, servers, printers, etc.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and network
• Test software and strategies
• Assist stores with set-up

This is a full-time position, with hours to be worked between 9.00 am and 5.30 pm Monday to Friday.

Successful applicants must have:

• Strong technical knowledge and ability to problem solve
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to travel within Sydney or Interstate if required
• A degree in Computer Science /IT or equivalent is desirable but is not a requirement.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience is desirable
