Warehouse Storeperson

About the role

Reporting to the Retail and Customer Support Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our retail team by ensuring product availability, providing timely stock updates to stakeholders, and maintaining an efficient and organised stockroom. 

This role is based in two locations, our Sydney CBD head office and our Macquarie Park warehouse. Day to day this role involves:

• Pack and record customer orders for delivery
• Arrange inter-store transfers and process product returns
• Receive and dispatch deliveries (including lifting up to 25kg)
• Accurately maintain inventory records
• Ensure the warehouse and stockrooms are kept clean, tidy and well-organised
• Assist with stocktakes
• Provide support to store, IT, and marketing teams

About you 

This role requires a person with a valid driver's license as travel between our head office in Sydney CBD and our Macquarie Park warehouse is required from time to time. The ideal candidate will have:

• Warehouse or stock handling experience involving operating a walk-behind forklift
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Able to manage multiple tasks and set priorities effectively
• Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
• Able to work efficiently and productively with limited supervision
• Basic skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Familiarity with Magento and StarShipIT is highly desirable
