Warehouse Manager / Supervisor / Coordinator

About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable, organised and proactive Warehouse Manager / Supervisor/Coordinator to take care of day-to-day warehouse operations at our Sydney CBD head office.

This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for managing stock, packing customer orders, and keeping our warehouse running smoothly and efficiently, servicing our 140-store network. 

What You’ll Do

• Oversee stock, stationery, and customer order fulfilment
• Receive and dispatch deliveries 
• Pick, pack, and send orders accurately and on time
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well-organised
• Coordinate with retail, IT, and marketing teams

What We’re Looking For

• Warehouse, logistics, or stock control experience
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
• A collaborative, can-do attitude
• Valid driver’s license
