About the role:
- Provide eye care and eyewear styling advice to patients and prospective clientele
- Provide genuine and high standard customer service and build meaningful relationships with our clientele that gives them a reason to visit us again
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Support the Store Manager and Optometrist to help drive the success of our stores
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain the supportive team environment
About you:
- 1+ years experience in fast-paced retail or customer service environment is highly desirable
- Previous experience in Optical background is preferred
- Previously entrusted with store opening/closing duties
- A positive, Friendly and self-motivated person
- Having a passion to deliver an excellent customer experience to our customers
