The Role

Step into your next career move. This role is ideal for an experienced project coordinator looking to progress into project management.

Reporting to the Director of Retail Operations, the Project Manager will be the key point of contact for store projects across Australia, New Zealand, and Canada. You’ll also lead a small team of two Project Coordinators who support project delivery and store maintenance activities.

In this role, your primary focus will be on managing and maintaining existing stores to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll also have opportunities to deliver projects such as refits, relocations and new store openings.

You’ll be working closely with stakeholders and external contractors while also developing your leadership skills.

You’ll bring

• Tertiary qualifications in project management with 2+ years’ experience delivering end-to-end projects
• Background in retail or similar construction projects
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including government liaison (NZ/Canada experience desirable)
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proven ability to prioritise, problem-solve and deliver under pressure
• Resilience, initiative and a collaborative mindset
